Won't print to network printer - rpc server unavailable

I’m running Win 7 / Avast Internet Security
My computer is hooked up to the printer

My partner’s computer - in same house -
Win 7 - was always able to print from network …

Now when she goes to print it says “RPC server is unavailable”
I’m really new at all these settings! How can I get her access to print??

What version of AIS do you have,latest version is 9.0.2007,update to latest version and see if you still a problems with AIS and printer.

Woke up to computer 2 not being able to access printer again :frowning: RPC server is unavailable

I just sent in a support ticket.

Hope there is an easy, sustainable fix for this. When I ran Windows firewall and Avast anti-virus free I had no problems with the printer.
