I am using windows 7 and received a “install updates msg fm avast” I clicked install now and it installed. Then it said Avast needs to restart your computer, I said ok. It restarts to my user screen. If I try to open my Administrator account, I get a blank screen with my cursor, nothing else comes up. I will let me open one of my other user accounts. What can I do?
can you press ctrl+alt+del ?
if yes, chose start task manager, after that go to file, then select new task run and type explorer.
if this can solve the blank display you can do the scan.
