Won't work on wi-fi connection

I need a refund.
Grimefighter won’t work on Wi-Fi, and my modem/router is in another room on another floor. It is not possible to connect directly to Ethernet.

Seems like from 4/30 to 5/19 is more than 7 days and still no refund.

comprei hoje o GrimeFighter mas ja tenho o Avast Premium (que comprei no mes de abril de 2014). O GrimeFighter é um adicional do Avast Premium? pq n to sabendo utiliza-lo pq no e-mail me falam que tenho que isntalar o Avast,porem ja o tenho no meu note instalado o Avast Premium. Este é um outro tipo de Avast ou é um adicional do Premium? Aqui eu li que o GrimeFighter nao funciona com conexao Wi-Fi - isso é real? Meu wi-fi fic\a do lado do computador e n longe dele. \Como faço pra por este adicional sem perder o Avast Premium o qual ja tenho uma licença de 1 ano pra tres computadores? Se for um outro Avast posso ter meu reembolso?Desde ja agradeço resposta.

Pelo que to lendo aqui, ele n funciona em conexao wi-fi e eu tenho esta conexao. Poderei ter o reembolso?

A licença do GrimeFighter não está incluída no avast! Premium.
O GrimeFighter não da suporte, no momento, ao Windows 8 e a conexões WiFi.
