I can’t find a lot of info on this online and I already contacted Microsoft Support they said I should contact AVAST but Avast wants us to pay extra 39 bucks for AVAST CARE. SO here it is during boot scan several files had this - OLE:RemoteeTemplateInj ( Trj)
Word 2019 works fine I can open any file without any error or corrupted message. Any insights would be really helpful/.

If so it might mean discarding the document.
