Some user from my local forums get this message when he connects to net.
He is using avast! 4.5 so i assume he has some sort of mass mailing worm on his machine which was intercepted by Internet Mail heuristics (mails sending from his machine). Its interesting to see that this new transparent Internet mail intercepts mass mail activities 
Any comment from Alwil staff?
I think the subject field isn’t exactly correct. It seems as if Avast repeats the message about “too many email…” there. I don’t think that was ment to happen that way.
No,not that,but the way how intercepted it. These mails were not issued through mail program,but through worms own SMTP engine which was checked by new Internet Mail because sent number of mail exceeded threshold.
Are you sure this is OUTgoing Mail ?
why then always the same recipient ↔ too many mails ?

Its only possible to warn about outgoing mails.
Also read the first line in warning message.
