is this a current problem/risk? I read about it as a ‘top 10’ north america worm by trend micro. How to check for, find it, remove???

Sober.I (or as Avast calls it Sober.H) is the most largly spread worm this year. Over 25% of all mails that was send 2 weeks ago was infected with it.
