I did a search and found past threads about additional real time Anti-Spyware programs. But I would like to find more current info, please?
Looking over the posts here, many members suggest into using Malwarebytes Pro and SuperAntiSpyware Pro in real time. I do have Malwarebytes Free version, but would like to have a real time program that will detect any nasty spyware before it gets into my computer. Any suggestions, please?
Thank you all for your time and have a great day.

The top dog is MBAM
PRO version is a one time fee for a liftime license…and give you autoupdate, ip block, and realtime protection of malware trying to install
Mbam realtime does not conflict

Another tip when it comes to security.
Many modems/routers have a build in (hardware) firewall.
Have a look at the settings.
With any firewall (software/hardware) it is best to close ALL ports first and then open only those ones who you really need.

Thank You Eddy for the additional tip, but I do not have a router. I am on a cable connection which I like, but I do have two computers. It’s get hard for me going back and forth disconnecting one computer and connecting the other computer. I prefer not to go wireless, too many possible security issues. Many years ago I had a device hooked up between my cable modem and my computer, that stopped any threats, but I believe the company stopped making it. Sorry I do not remember the name, but it did a good job into protecting my computer.

The router does not have to be wireless…and wireless routers usually also have 4 RJ45 connections

Thank YOU Pondus for your great tips. Sorry to say, I do not know about wireless routers and 4 RJ45 connections. Sorry I did not earlier mentioned that I do use OpenDNSCrypt and OpenDNS. Unless these are both the same, I do not know.
