Wrong bill to elderly mother – what to do?!

My elderly mother is forgetful and not tech friendly. Each year she’s being charged by Avast for antivirus software she no longer requires but we /she have none of her account details. I cannot find any functioning email address or phone number for Avast - any advice on how to contact them or what to do?

If you do not know order number then type 00000 and give as much detail as you can.
