Wrong cell

Bought a new cell (old one is broken). Don’t know how to put the new phone in the license I purchased, keeps taking the old one even after removing it from the system.

Hi, the licence is bound to a Google Play account (email), so if you use the same account, the Pro version should load without any other payment.

Logged in with the same account (only have one gmail) and is still not working, I’m still on the free version.

Sometimes the licence is not recognized, then it helps to refresh the subscription screen:

  • make sure you are connected to the Internet
  • go to Menu→Settings→Subscription

If your licence is valid, simply opening the subscription screen should activate the Pro version on your device
