Wrong E-mail by internet Sec. purchase- No answer from support team.

Hello!!

Two days ago i tried ro renew my Avest internet Security, but a gave a wrong E-mail by pruchase. I contacted Avast security team and send them the order ID and the billing adress but still have no answer. Has someone had a similar situation, and how to contact someone from the support team?

Thanks, but i already did evething that is written in FAQ. Still no answer from avast support team.

Have some patience.
avast is handling tickets within 1-5 business days (depending on how busy it is, if there is a weekend/holidays etc)
