Wrong Emai, how to change it?

I requested the 30 day free trial version of avast, but I wrote the Email incorrectly.
I can’t acces the licence mail and I can’t find how to change the Email to get the licence, and prevent any future payment (since I had to write my card details to be able to get the trial).

Could anyone help me?

I already tried that method, but I don’t have the order ID, product ticket or anything. The only information that I do have is the wrong email that I think I wrote
