Can someone please give me a hand. I was renewing my avast security and have paid for it by credit card. Unfortunately I spelt my email address wrongly and I have been unable to contact any one either by email or Facebook with how I can resolve this… Thank you so much for your help.

As Bob said answer the questions (that you can).
Give as much information as you can in the More Information section, specifically the information you would have entered in the order.
The date, method of payment and the email that you would have put in had you not spelt the email address wrongly. If you have made a typo, most of the email address might be correct, which may help them locate it with the additional information.
