Hi, when turning on my computer and logging into the user profile, my screen stays black and I cannot access my desktop. When I use ctrl+alt+delete, I can access the task manager, and then when I close wscript.exe *32 my desktop appears and my computer runs somewhat normal. I’ve tried system restore from a previous date and it always fails. I’ve ran virus scans and detects nothing. I assume that this is malware and needs to be removed. I am unable to figure out how to remove it. Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
