wscript virus -- pressing z randomly

Hello for the past day I have been experiencing an issue where the z key was being pressed randomly and repeatedly. I thought it was the key being pressed or broken but a quick search found that wscript was added to startup. I disabled that on startup but on restart i was getting the z’s once i was prompted to log in.

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press fix
On completion a log will be generated post that

Don’t attempt other fixes form other threads. Combofix and FRST are very powerful and could’ve caused System damage.
