Same problem here. I have to disable Avast for the sites to load.
Obviously a buggy version. General troubleshooting is useless – they need to address the SPECIFIC cause.
Disable https scanning in the webshield.
The issue is known and avast needs to solve it.
I have disabled HTTPS scanning and I still can’t access those pages.

issue was fixed by streaming updates.
Fix is present in streaming updates “c:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\defs\17083106_stream\pkg1708310600000001.bin” and earlier.

it’s fixed now. if you still have some issues please update virus definitions via Settings->Update
