Ok, I checked my log viewer, and under Warnings there is a long list most things beginning with x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: . Most of them have links to my email account or live journal.
What does this mean? Does someone have unauthorised access?

They promisse that will remove it in the next update. I hope so 8)
