XP doesn't see the antivirus after the last update

Hello everybody,

After the last update, windows XP (family) doesn’t see the antivirus programm. I have a red icon on the task bar that says that I don’t have antivirus programm installed. I didn’t have this before the update.

This is my configuration:

  • Windows XP family
  • Avast! family edition feb2009 version (4.8.1335)
  • VPS version 090209-0

I know that I can say manuallt to windows that an antivirus software is installed, but I don’t have to do this before…

Could you help?
