Hi all, i am new to this site. I have Avast obviously, but i also run Prevx V3 as a requirement of my bank security requirements. The Prevx picked up my PC has the “XVIDSETUP.EXE” virus, which my Avast has not picked up yet. How do i get rid of this thing?

first find out if this is a False Positive
upload suspicious file(s) to www.virustotal.com and test with 43 malware scanners
when you have the result, copy the url in the address bar and post it here for us to see
