That is the same XPsp3 file I downloaded and used to update to sp3. Updates work so no problem.
I’m still having problems with the mouse loosing y-axis especially on boot. I’ve always thought that I needed a computable driver. I have a 2 button Mouse hooked up to a Dual usb PS/2 keyboard mouse adaptor. I looked under Control Panel>Mouse Properties>Wheel and found I can’t get rid of the Wheel function. I looked under System Information for Components>>Pointing Devices and found 5 Buttons for this Mouse Driver. Can I update the mouse since it is from 2001 from the SP3 driver files? I never had this problem with the mouse before this last summer so I guess it was related.
