Yet Another Blackfight/Epictory Help Request

A few days ago, my BT Email account was flooded with spam e-mail (their filter appeared to either have faltered or been brute-forced). I did my best to get rid of them without opening them but I’m guessing not well enough, because I get regular Avast warnings now for Epictory, Blackfight and a couple others. I can track it back to then because other than e-mail, I’m sort of hooked on Final Fantasy XIV right now and not much else is getting done.

Anyway, I’d rather like to get rid of these things please. So any help towards that would be lovely.

Scan logs are attached. Thanks for any help you can give.

Much respect,
