I purchased Avast Cleanup Premium on my Windows PC, which seems to work, but it says no devices are covered, which is wrong. If I try to add a device, it says I shouldn’t install it. It was supposedly activated when I bought the license. Following the instructions puts me in a loop: download and install it, but don’t install it. Now what?
