Hello Forum,

one of my clients is using XP Home. On the Windows 2003 Server (SP1) is ADNM installed. I’m trying to deploy NetClient to the XP Home machines.
The only hidden sharings are IPC$ and print$.

Any ideas how to deploy to XP Home machines?

Hi Joshua, I’m afraid Simple File Sharing is hardwired in Windows XP Home and can not be disabled. :frowning: :frowning:
I guess you’ll have to use an alternative deployment method - such as sending out an email with a link to the MSI installation package located on a server share…
