I have submitted 2 refund requests over a week ago (BRA-965-88011 & ADM-680-28248) and have not received a single word in response to my requests! Are you people for real? Are you so seriously bad at customer service and retention, that you refuse to refund my $20. I can honestly say, this is the absolute worst case of customer service that I have EVER seen and i’m going to scream it all over the world wide web! At this point, I dont want any bullshit or excuses, i want the money that is mine and you should learn, as a business, to not play with other peoples money, and give it back when required BY LAW!
Tickets take 7 to 10 business days to process and re-submitting another ticket will move you back to the end of the line so you should expect confirmation 7 to 10 days after your latest request.

things you are talking about have been explained over and over again already.
There is no need to start a new thread about this.
There is also no need to shout.
It will not speed up things/help you at all.
Submitting multiple tickets/changing a existing one will put you (as Craig said) back at the bottom of the stack.
Which means you will have to wait longer.
Who is saying they are refusing you a refund?
If they say that, your ticket is handled while you claim it is not (yet).
If you are entitled for a refund, you sure will get it.
It just can take some time, but that is all.
If you have a problem with avast, why not start a thread in the correct forum and ask for help?

I agree, I have been asking for my refund since November 21, and have not had any type of reply except the auto-reply saying it was a priority of ReplyNow and that I would get a response in 24 hours. That is a joke!
I would suggest there is a “back load” of these kinds of requests that is causing an extremely slow resolution time.
Patience is going to be required.
I might add, from my experience in earlier years, I found ranting doesn’t speed up any process.
I can also add that I have not read anywhere on these forums of a customer ‘not getting resolution’
