You seem to be offline

I can’t seem to run any scans. Even though my virus definitions are updated regularly, I cannt run any scans, as the app claims I “seem to be offline”. Internet though is perfectly fine.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I was having the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled Avast. Works fine now.
