Since customers also reported that and I see this window also on a customer Exchange server one could imagine that this issue will occure in almos every case?
I have the same problem with the same program. Newer version of the product and also thinks that it is not connected to the network. I try to enter a new activation key, but it is not possible. Activation via account does not work either.
I have the identical problem also on the other computer where Avast Premium Security is installed.
There was an issue where this was incorrectly displayed (closing the dialog would allow access to the UI, and the Antivirus was fully functional), it was fixed around November 2nd. Thank you
