Your hard reset proof settings backup is NOT UP TO DATE

Although I create backup and I get the message “The settings were successfully stored to the system partition”, when I Check stored settings I get “Your hard reset proof settings backup is NOT UP TO DATE”. How is that? How I can fix it? I’m concerned my device might not be hard reset proof.

have same problem. in avast version 1.0 i have no problem creating backup but after update to avast 2.0 have this problem.
i have sony ericsson xperia x10 mini pro, android version 2.1.1.A.0.6

is your problem in creating the backup or in backup not being up to date?

yes, i done backup with direct write successfully and whei i go to “check stored settings” it shows me “warning:your hard reset proof settings backup is NOT UP TO DATE. after a hard reset your avast! anti-thef may not work anymore. please backup your settings hard reset proof again.”
