I have Avast Premium on my Win7 Ult 64bit PC and Avast Mobile Premium on my Samsung GS3.
When I look in on the PC install, it says my mobile is secure but has a message reading “Your license is inactive” and says I should “Purchase avast! Mobile Premium to use the full package”, which I already have.
Anti-Theft (Root) is fully installed and configured on the GS3, with no ‘Issues’ (and no ignored or hidden issues).
I’ve logged off/on Avast to see if this would make a difference, but it didn’t.
Well it is not about VPS, this issue is connected with portal directly; can you please try to disconnect and reconnect the device? What is the tab “My licenses” saying? Thanks.
My licenses now says I only have the one for my computer (Avast Premier) and does not show the Mobile one (Premium) plus the My Devices section of the GUI is not even showing the mobile. I have had to back out of Avast on android mobile (Samsung GT-18190) as there is no way I can contact/lock/find it if it does get stolen or lost.
Well, that sounds strange; in case you have paired your mobile device woth the account and did not unpair from web or device itself, it have to be there. What happen if you will try to repair it?
I have the same status showing for my phone account. I have removed the phone from the account and added it back but it still shows “Your license is inactive” followed by the suggestion that I should “Go Premium”, which I have already done some time ago.
My PC is win7 64bit with avast pro.
Avast mobile does appear to be working correctly on my phone, and shows the premium tick, so it is installed correctly there. Just wondering why the devices status on my PC does not match the installed app.
My license are not showing up in my account and my phone is not showing as having premium but it has been purchased on both devices.
It is working on both devices but not all the remote options work and my phone shows an inactive license when looking at my account.
