Hallo ich habe vor ein paar Monaten ein abo für avast geckauft, aber ich kann trotzdem nach demm skannen der problemmemn die nicht lösen
Are these “problems” indicated by Smart Scan?
The Advanced section of Smart Scan is known to indicate issues that can be solved by purchase of additional Avast Products i.e. upselling.
If you are happy with the Avast AV product you have and it is not warning of Core malware issues then I would not be too concerned. But that is your choice.
Note. With Avast AV shields performing real-time protection, there is little extra benefit from scanning for malware, so do not run Smart Scan etc.
