But this time, it is in my mother’s computer. I’ve done the scans but this time aswMBR.exe crashed 1 minute after I click “scan”:

try running aswMBR from safe mode
Hi again,
I boot in to safe mode, but it launch and freeze with the following line
14:32:19.821 Initialize error c0000061 - driver not load
than it say
14:32:34.267 Avast engine defs: 13062005
when I click “scan”, it say “scan error:”
AswMBR is not yet compatible with windows 8
Please download to your desktop Short cut cleaner
Then run.

When the Shortcut Cleaner has finished scanning your hard drive it will create a log file on your desktop called sc-cleaner.txt and then display it.
Please post that log

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
[]Right-mouse click JRT.exe and select “Run as Administrator” the tool will open and start scanning your system
[]please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system’s specifications
[]On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
[]post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.
