I RUN A SCAN AND I GOT THE ABOVE VULNERABILITY. The device is vulnerable to hacker attacks. For more info see the corresponding vulnerability ID. An upgrade of the device’s software/firmware may fix the issue. I CALLED MY PROVIDER (BELL) AND THEY SAID THEIR MODEN ARE UPGRADED AUTOMATICALLY AND THEY CAN’T HELP ME. THEY REFERRED ME TO MY ANTI VIRUS PROVIDER (ADVAST) THEY ALSO SUGGESTED TO TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO MCFEE. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX IT?
Have you looked at the vulnerability ID?

If your router firmware is vulnerable to the attack, than only a firmware update may fix it (if it exists).
Bell should roll out a firmware update that fix this vulnerability.
Switching to another av as they suggested will not fix it.
That is like closing your eyes if you see something ugly.
You don’t see it anymore, but the ugly thing is still there.

Bell says to IGNORE problem. Avast got it wrong.
