Trying to uninstall, won't accept password, will always boot in safe mode

Hi guys, I will try and explain this to the best of my knowledge, any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, I wanted to uninstall avast for various reasons. I downloaded and installed the avast uninstall utility and followed the directions. In order for the uninstall to work it had to start in safe mode. I accept the prompt to restart my computer in safe mode… I get to the Windows login screen and before I finish entering my password the screen goes black and the computer restarts itself. Ok, that was weird. Again, same thing, the computer starts again in safe mode, gets to the Windows login screen, and I manage to enter my password, I see the windows loading screen and BAM the screen goes black and the computer restarts itself, again! This happens every time.

I’ve tried using “admin” as the password thinking somehow I wasn’t the administrator of the computer… I’ve been through my BIOS trying to figure out a way to boot normally, no luck… Searching for people having the same problem hasn’t turned up anything. I’ve hard reset the computer, turned off the PSU… I’ve read that safe mode is now the “default boot option” because of the way avast works… I don’t know what to do! If anyone has information or advice… or links to anything relevant… anything! I would appreciate it so much.

I’m using Windows 7 Enterprise with an Asus UEFI BIOS P87 Mobo
