2 Subscriptions merge

Hello.

I signed up to Ultimate package with the help of your kind support personnel.

Support service told me that My previous secureline 2 years VPN remaining time will be merged with ultimate package and the VPN will be a total of 3 years. Below image are my services.

My previous secureline subscription is 2 years and Ultimate is 1 year. But the first year might intersect, it looks as if will have 1 year ultimate conflicted with Secure line. Will I activate and switch to Secureline VPN after Ultimate ends after a year and I will end up with 3 years of total VPN?

Avast merge

First I’m an Avast User and not an Avast Team Member.

I think this may help:
There used to be a link that I feel was easier to navigate and get help - but it has been updated, I have been through that to try and extract a URL and get some more information on how to go about this.
