2011 AOS Settings

Bit confused on which way is on and which way is off with the AOS in IE11. If I am looking at the first page (this site is safe page) there I have listed (abbreviated):
SN allowed
Ad Tracking allowed
WA allowed
Others allowed

Next to each of those is a switch which is red and has a 0

Question is… is this on or off?

If I select them, they all turn green with a checkmark… and all the allowed now say blocked. Intuitively looking at this, green check marks and saying blocked means I am now blocking and safe.

If I then close the browser and reopen it goes back to the allowed with the red 0

I’m having the same problem myself…what does green or red mean on the various buttons in the “This site is safe” flyout?

The answer is probably obvious, but any help would be appreciated…perhaps a reference to the answer in another thread? I couldn’t find it.
