Run the smart scan, find the problem, click on all solutions, click on the completion of the language from Simplified Chinese into English (Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3).
Close the interface, re-open from the tray, will automatically change back to Chinese.

I don’t have this issue switching form English to Portuguese and vice versa.
Although I have some issues with accented characters (like in the picture).
