Hello everyone,
Since a few months I’m getting a warning from avast everytime I turn on my PC and/or navigate online, the warning says that a malware has been blocked, the related URL varies but has always the words 4dlmng.com in it. I’ve already contact avast technical support and completed a full scan, several files were found infected by a virus called win32 and eliminated, unfortunately nothing has changed the 4dlmng.com situation.
Is there something I could possibly do to eliminate this malware permanently?

Please follow this guide and attach the logs from OTL, Malwarebytes and aswMBR (Not Win 8 and newer):

When done and logs are attached a malware expert will help you, for free by the way.
This is some malware that wants to call home or is loading some malicious site in the background.
Avast is able to detect these URLs but is unable to see the file that is causing this.
