A Possible False Positive Win32:Gamona [Trj] Trojan Horse Alert

I have used a utility, TitleBar Clock for five years without event. The utility had been running uneventfully with Avast! A/V, until about a week ago, when Avast! A/V began identifying it as a Win32:Gamona [trj] Trojan Horse with a VPS Version of 081016-0, 10/16/2008

Now Avast! will no longer permit me to load the utility. I Googled Win32:Gamona [trj], and at the top of the search results, was a link to the Avast! Web forum. The page discussed a similar problem another user had with a piece of software he had used for years without event, until Avast! suddenly identified the file as contaminated with the Win32:Gamona [trj] Trojan Horse. The user was advised to upload the file to Virus Total and perform a scan. Thus, I uploaded the file to Virus Total and thirty-five different virus scanners identified it as clean, including Avast! A/V.

I want to be able to use the utility. How may I accomplish this? I can not figure out how to override Avast! A/V in order to permit it to load.

I am puzzled. ???
