Can someone tell me how I can refuse to renew my two subscriptions, Avast Updater and Avast Securityline VPN?
I received an email about this today. But you can’t reply to it.
They’re supposedly being renewed on March 29th.
I’ve been searching their website for over three hours.
They’re supposedly already renewed, but they’re only going to deduct the amount from my bill on March 29th. And I don’t want to renew them anymore. They’ll still force me to renew. It’s bad publicity for Avast.
And I can’t find anywhere to indicate that they don’t need to be renewed.
I can’t find an email address for them; everything has to be done through their website.
Yes, you can add other subscriptions, but you can’t refuse to renew yours.
