I have avast premium free trial and i dont want it anymore. In the app it shows me that i have subscription but on the website it shows that i dont have any subscriptions. How do i turn it off? I dont want to pay

I am a long-time customer and I have Avast password. I can’t install the extension on Avast browser. What should I do?
i have been a customer of avast for many year, but i now want to leave, as the communication with them is near impossible.
i want an email address and not a useless chat to solve my dispute.
i want them to stop unrequested bloglines, but do not get any further.
