In March this year I bought Avast online on a special deal for #29.99. I am guessing there was a button checked with an option to have it renewed each year. Today I see they have taken $94 out of my paypal to renew my subscription!! no where near a year a later and three times the price…Does anyone have an Australian phone number I can ring to sort this out please.

The order you purchased back in March was an upgrade for the remaining period of your previous license, and not a new license for 1 year, hence the renewal now in December.
I just issued the refund for this renewal to your Paypal
