Account device settings webpage "offline after" and other Q's

When editing mobile device settings in the avast account web page (devices > phone > view details > edit), what does “offline after” mean?

Also, in the “device security info” (devices > view details) panel my “device security status” is shown as unsecured and the items: “real-time shields”, “virus definitions updates”, “program version” and “definintions versions” all have a little grey cloud with a yellow exclamation mark next to them, while the “anti-theft” item shows as not installed.

All of these items are installed and up to date; and have been for some time.

The “last communication” item is updated regularly, so the link between the account and device does seem to be working, yet the mentioned items do not correct themselves…

Is there anything I should do to get the items to show the correct data?

  • offline after is the date or time when spent, the device will become “OFFLINE” status on the portal
  • the grey cloud - the AMS has a time for reporting frequency - please try to change it or reconnect the device to the portal, it can take some time to have an actual data
