So I believe a very old edition is nothing more than a hook to get you on the Acronis upgrade trail.

I sticking with my OLD PowerQuest Drive Image 7, last version before Symantec bought them out, it works fine with XP Pro.

I’d be more than happy to but, all I got from them was a serial# with a link to upgrade at a reduced price…
I"ve sent them an email and will let you know if I get the actual program.

Of course they will not offer it up for free on the site. Just like PC Tools isn’t offering up Registry Mechanic 5.0 on their site. You have to get the special offer from the link I listed for your free “legit” copy.

Yes, but it is better then nothing, and Ashampoo is still making money off of it, they still sell it on their site.

Use a download manager. I recommend GigaGet.

I just received a reply to an email I sent to Acronis regarding the download link
for version 7.
