I have a paid subscription on my mobile phone, which I thought I should be able to activate on my windows laptop too, but I keep being asked to take out another subscription and I cannot contact Avast.
Can anyone help please..
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I use Avast Antivirus Free.
The mobile app is:
A. for Android or iOS Operating systems and isn’t compatible with a windows operating system.
Whilst the laptop is technically mobile, it runs the Windows Operating system.
B. as far as I’m aware the price differential between the mobile app and Avast Premium.
C. there should be nothing to stop you using either Avast Antivirus Free or Avast One Essential.
Avast Antivirus Free has been fine for my needs though there are more components in Avast One Essential, but it has less configurable.
