Hi, there are a new version of the product, but it is impossible update … does nothing…whta can I do?

Can you try this first : Download the correct version of Avast!
Avast! Free
Avast! Pro
Avast! Internet Security
Avast! Premier
… and install it over your current installation.

Sorry, but i’m still unable to update my product…and do not know why :-\
- Download Avast Pro Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe
- Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
- Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
- Reboot.
