ADD Whitelist request

My company since 2000, develops software for managing a store .
A few months your antivirus quarantines a file of our program , making it unusable .

I have send a request to add program to the whitelist but i never received updates from this request.

Avast antivirus is creating several problems our clients .

As per https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB229, you have to send it to virus @ avast.com

after the first send i have received the email Ticket ID: UCW-400-52796
but the ink https://support.avast.com/Default_remove/Tickets/Ticket/View/UCW-400-52796 not work

thanks for reporting we have found why it went to former ticketing system. The issue should be fixed now and also the request was processed and file was whitelisted.
