I received a false positive hit on Admunch.exe, that corresponds with the admuncher program.

Malware Type: Virus/Worm

We’ll it’s kinda late. You can exclude it from detection for now until Alwil corrects this FP or until someone may come and assist you.

Same thing just happened to me to as I was starting up at about 11:30pm Eastern

yup same here, funny thing avast’s been ok till today, im in uk, GMT 9.45 a.m. must have been avast update ;D

I’ve used AdMuncher (the paid version) for several years as well as the free Avast. Never had a problem before and now suddenly it’s declared a trojan on my desktop and on my notebook. ??? What has changed?
