So I am assuming Avast is detecting a false positive? Have you contacted the virus lab to get the false positive removed?
FPs can be reported here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles

See Properties in Default resident task, left menu Standard shield, Advanced. You can set exclusions as you like.
Try report some of your false positive files to Avast support, but not all … May be, programmers your applications use some techniques usually utilized by malware and it should be reason of false positive detection your applications. Try to test some of them in virustotal.com if more antiviruses will detect it…(and send us your feedback)…
As Paba said you should edit the Default Resident Task to add the exception. In ADNM Console: Client-side Tasks > On-access Scanning Tasks > Default Resident Task.
Once In the properties scroll down the list of providers to find the Standard Shield then click on Advanced under Standard Shield. You will see the dialog box to add your exception.
I also attached a screenshot to help you find it

Well, no idea which country you live in, but it would be a good idea to add a prefix.
Sorry, I won’t call you, as I don’t like cakes.
Ok, all joking aside, I guess it’s better to open a ticket here: http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit

- See resident settings on client. Was your settings propagated from AMS server to clients? Click on Avast icon in systray (on client) and see if your exception was transferred from AMS server - see Standard shield, Settings, Advanced, Modify… (sorry on attached pictures in Czech lang)
- Hmmm, 7 is your country prefix? You are from Russia? I like cakes, but internet give you better possibilities for communications than classic phone (voice over internet via Live Messenger or Remote desktop…)
- Public forum is not good platform for publishing private information as phone number… I can recommend to edit your post and clean the number
