Hi, Sorry for the delay in response, I have posted the log below. I also made a post on the Malwarebytes forum and they seem to think its a FP.
gccheck.exe is part of Google Chrome Pre-Install and developed by Google Inc however, why is it in an Adobe folder, especially as you do not have chrome installed ? There is nothing to stop malware using a legitimate file name for their own purposes and stuffing it in a folder for another programme
Am I infected then? What should I do?
Upload and test the file at www.virustotal.com if tested before, click rescan
Post link to scan result here
I dont have the file anymore, Malwarebytes quarantined and deleted it. I’m kinda worried now though, what should I do
If it is in malwarebytes quarantine you can restore it and then upload to virustotal … when done you can let MBAM quarantine it again
I'm kinda worried now though, what should I doFiles quarantined/deleted are no longer a threat
This was scanned 23 hours ago … may not be same file as yours, so you should upload your file

Yes im sure that’s the same one, I remember the same comment when I uploaded it a few days ago. I don’t have the file however because I deleted it from quarantine. Am I safe? Is there anything else I need to do?
The logs looked good and I deleted the remnants of it, are you experiencing any problems
No, I’m not experiencing any problems at all
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
