advertising virus in avast premier 2015

evrytime i go to a avast site online the ad provided by la superba (see attachted picture) is popping up in screen and blocks my abbility to use avast site…
now today i seen it on my vimeo page as well
…
i blocked it with ABP (program) but i have to do it now with every page i go on to…

tried to get in contact with avast but i live in the netherlands and i am not gonna call to the usa because that would be to costly for me.

how can i get in contact(email) with avast to solve this issue?

to contact avast, you can use https://support.avast.com/ and we are not in USA, but in Czech Republic.
