Advice Virus Updates

Hello
Just a query, I had a new virus update automatically installed, but it is different from the one on avast website.

Avast web site 1/6/04 update version 0423-0.
Version on my computer 2/6/04 version 0423-1

Should I be concerned about this or is it just my lack of knowledge showing.

You don’t have to worry about it.
The update of the web pages takes a while - so if you are fast enough, you may see the old info on the web while you already have the new update installed. After all, delivering the updates to the customers is the priority no. 1.
