Adwcleaner infected?

so after i used adwcleaner to clean some adware from my computer, then i tried to scan using avast, it said my computer infected in adwcleaner folder and moved to quarantine

i attach the logs

and also, when i turn on my computer, there is a program/file ask to open

I guess avast detected the files located in AdwCleaner quarantine folder, empty it and detection should be gone

sorry wrong image for the first image, so is it safe to use adwcleaner? then how about the program/file ask to open, it began when i realized there are some adwares in my computer
